Why it probably isn't wise to chew bubble gum when acting as an official backdrop for your boss, the Governor of the Commonwealth, as he gives a speech. Somebody could totally take that the wrong way.(I wasn't going to post this. In fact, I've waited over a week. But, you know me. I have have no control. Especially when personally capturing an image like this. I think bubble boy is a fireman. Or at least I HOPE he is. 'Cause I'd hate to get arrested.)
