A little site in for a big future is Mrs. O, a blog dedicated to the now intensely important business of keeping tabs on what and who Michelle Obama is wearing. While Mrs. O's election night style prediction, a Maria Pinto, didn't materialize, they at least got the color right. We'll see if they do any better calling the inaugural gown.

ReplyDeleteI went to the site and read more about the Election Night dress that I didn't like so much. and saw it pictured on a model without the cardigan thingie that Mrs. O wore, and I thought it looked much better without than with.
I'll admit to having some misgiving about the texture mix. The knit with the satin? A little disconcerting. The overall structure, color, line and length really worked for her. I still say wow.
